Personal data we handle

This site does not require you to register. We only handle the data you choose to share with us through the contact form, by email or by another means of contact:

• Name.
• Email address and other contact details you include.
• Company and job title.
• The information about your process or project that you share in your message.

The contact form sends what you write to our contact inbox through an email delivery provider (Resend), which handles that data on our behalf and may process it on servers outside Mexico. The site does not store it in a database.

We do not request sensitive personal data and we ask you not to include it in your messages.

Contact via WhatsApp

If you write to us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages, and we use them for the same purposes described in this notice. WhatsApp is a third-party service that handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Call scheduling

If you book a discovery call, the booking is made on a Google Calendar page. There we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write when booking, and we use them for the same purposes described in this notice. Google Calendar is a Google service, which handles that data on our behalf.

Purposes of processing

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to serve you:

• Responding to your requests for information.
• Preparing proposals and quotes.
• Following up on the business relationship and on the delivery of the services you hire.

As a secondary purpose, we may use it to send you information about our services. If you do not want your data used for this purpose, let us know at any time by writing to contacto@autoplaysolutions.com and we will honor it without affecting your request.

Data transfers

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. It may only be disclosed to providers that deliver services to us and handle it on our behalf, such as the email service, or when a competent authority requires it in accordance with the law.

ARCO rights

As the owner of your personal data you have the right to:

• Access: know which personal data we hold about you and what we use it for.
• Rectification: ask us to correct your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancellation: ask us to delete your data when you consider it is not required for the purposes described.
• Objection: object to our use of your data for specific purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to contacto@autoplaysolutions.com with the following information:

• Your full name and the means by which you want to receive the response. • A document proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data owner. • A clear and precise description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise. • Any other element that helps us locate your data. • If you request a rectification, the changes you are asking for and the supporting documentation.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from the date we receive your request. If it is admissible, we will make it effective within 15 business days following the date we communicate our response. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

Withdrawal of consent and limiting use

You can withdraw the consent you have given us to handle your data, or ask us to limit its use or disclosure, by writing to contacto@autoplaysolutions.com with the same requirements as an ARCO request. Please note that we may not be able to act on your request immediately in every case, because there may be a legal obligation to retain certain data.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a first-party cookie (__session) to remember the language you chose and your browser’s local storage to remember light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics or tracking tools. You can delete this data from your browser settings.

Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice and the applicable legal obligations.

Changes to this notice

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page with its update date.

Authority

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you can go to the competent authority for personal data protection.
